I'm just playing Planescape:Torment onde again andsomewhere in the beginning of the game the collector "Nodd" says something abaout a winged tower where he was put in and manipulated when he was young. Any idea what he refers to?

My guess is Gatehouse, former hq of the Bleak Cabal.
It is mentioned to look like it has wings.
