What happens to berks who kill Dabus?

Presumably, if some sodding fool starts killing Dabus right and left, the Lady would flay him or put him in the Mazes, but what if you just kill one or two? Would She get involved, or leave it to the City Courts to deal with? (Of course, many of the JUDGES in said courts are now DABUS themselves, so a body'd better not tempt fate...)

Killing a dabus gets you mazed or flayed. Period. It doesn't matter if it's one or (very improbably since you've just been mazed or flayed) more than one.

For the sake of completeness, mostly . Or to show what kinds tasks they can do and what sort of accidents they can survive. (The ability scores, skills and stuff are more important than the combat stats in this case it's a small stretch to finish the stat block) because people are dumb enough to try and kill them, and because this is the planes and it's always conceivable that there will be an exception to the rules somewhere. In any case, the dabus can if they need to attack people, the people can't attack the dabus without suffering the consequences.

Killing one or two dabus won't get you mazed, but it might bring down the wrath of witnesses and others who would fear the Lady's anger.

I know this thread is some weeks old, but I just bought the "Expedition to the Demonweb Pits".

There it has another possibility for the dabus to act against PCs, that kill a dabus or "act against Sigil's interests".

The dabus try to imprison those PCs, by building walls around them while they are sleeping (putting any guard to sleep with "deep slumber"). The walls then are warded against summoning and telepotation.
When the PCs awake, the dabus demand surrender. If the PCs agree, they are led to the nearest portal and barred from returning for "a period of month or years". If they don't surrender, they have to fight the city watch.
