I'd like to think I was a bard for the "jack of all trades, master of none" approach (sans musical ability, as above), although if I was honest I'm just (*sigh*) a commoner... or given how much of a geek I get accused of being, maybe an expert (but at least I've no levels of the Otaku pretige class yet)
Oh, and after deep consideration, I'm a hardcore Bleaker (just hopefully a little more sane). Boy, that's kinda depressing when I think about it....

My class would be kung fu superhero. It's kind of like monk, kind of like swordsage.
It looks like one of the best real-life examples of a Bleaker was Mother Theresa.
Personally, I fit the bard mentality to a "t," but I don't have any musical ability at all (although I might be able to pull off a decent Perform (Oratory) if I took some classes). Wizardry would be cool, but I'm way too lazy to bother with it. Sorceror is nice, but I've never liked the way they get awesome powers without actually doing anything to earn them. Plus I'd look ridiculous in leather (which is also why I can't be a Warlock). I also don't have enough faith to be a Cleric, enough of an ego to be a Psion, and too much self-respect to be a Truenamer, so it looks like I'm out of options.
Oh well, I guess I'll have to go the honest route and admit to being a level 1 Expert with max ranks in Craft (Forum Post) and Knowledge (Dungeons and Dragons) and no ranks in anything useful.
Well I'm a master at moving silently and sneaking. I'm convinced I'm invisible a good quarter of the time. People often jump when they realise I'm right behind them, or tell me they wonder where the hell I dissapeared to when they turned their backs. So I'm at least a rogue. Maybe prestiged as an assasin? Nah I'm not evil. Damn. Oh I know I'm a Shadow dancer. Except I hate dancing! Hmmm...
Bard 6 (Non spellcasting varient). I'm the only one in my gaming group whose class we agree on. Max ranks in Perform (Keyboard), a few less in perform (cello) and a few less in perform (singing).
Hmm.. I've been thinking about it, and I think I'd be a CN rogue/fighter Cipher. I pretty much go with the flow of things, and I can sneak up on almost anyone. As for the fighter, I feel I have a lot of discipline and strength.
Er, a level 5 bard has a chance to give an extraordinary performance and draw attention from extraplanar beings. This page (linked from DM of the Rings) includes a persuasive argument that our world is effectively a backwater, with nobody past level 5, period. This is why I say the d20 numbers for a Power's worshipers look silly.
Just a querie. What IS the highest level. Any one character has EVER achiveved.
In PS cannon? Um, I know Lothar, Master of the Bones is a level 30 cleric (or specialty preist or whatever) and the Ancient Wizard is some ungodly level, but I'm not sure beyond that
According to the PSCS Lothar is only 25, but I'd say he's a bit more than that (WIZ (diviner) 17, CLR 17 maybe) and Skall should be able to tear Lothar to little energy drained pieces. The answer is probably really really high.
Correction: a Bard 5 with recording equipment and lots of time could take 20 and consistently produce super-extraordinary work that might draw attention from Sensates. During live performance they could take 10 for memorable to extraordinary results (or just great if they have lousy charisma).
I'd be a 1st-level Expert at best. And probably the Sensates or Godsmen, with Free League and Ciphers as lesser possibilities. At another time I might give a different list.

But Neoti is right, Wizardry is the thing nearly everyone wants. The only thing better than pretending to do magic stuff would be to actually do it. I'm wondering why no one came up with a Harry Potter RPG yet...
