Well sorry, but you can be

Well sorry, but you can be sad all you want, nearly 3 months further down the line and still no game started.

I aint going to wait any longer.

The new person is interested

The new person is interested and already has several character ideas available!!!

I give you Klok'Dim, Githyanki bard rebelling against a totalitarian society but not necessarily against its core beliefs!

Harvey Sands, a retired (race negotiable) Mercykiller/Harmonium (your choice) basher without a purpose in a changing world!

Dusk-Approaching, a Dustman and warrior come to share his sect's teachings... the hard way!

If it will be a non-faction opening, then I have no problem editing them for convencieces sake. Except Dusk-Approaching, whose background is pretty much essential...

Doesn't killing pretty much

Doesn't killing pretty much completely go against the dustmen's teachings?

Generally yeah but I could

Generally yeah but I could imagine certain sects within the Dustmen taking it on themselves to judge whose life isn't leading them to true death and give them another spin on the wheel.

Alternately namers often screw up their factions philosophy and I could see a mean-spirited and none too bright fighter having a somewhat self-justifying take on the Dustmens beliefs.

Actually, he's a bit of

Actually, he's a bit of both, but when your core tenets are 'This life isn't real' and 'And when you die, you reincarnate with a better chance.', I don't think you'll feel guilty if you should pen a few in the deadbook for whatever reason. And yes, the character was already a sociopath, its just now he's a sociopath with standards and a guiding purpose.

With all the buzz, maybe you should play him. Anyone else have any ideas?

Cool, not sure how he'll be

Cool, not sure how he'll be hooked into the party though. What'll stop him from killing the other party members/them kicking him out? Better to figure it out now than IC where RL player feelings get involved.
