Just looking for underused and cool locations on the planes. The kingdom of the Blind on the plane of Radience is one of my favourites.

The Kingdom of the blind can
The Kingdom of the blind can be found in 'The Guide to the Inner Planes'. Its a settlement in the Plane of Radience and as such the name of the location is literal.

I read the inner planes
I read the inner planes book, it really seems an interesting location. There are a wole lotta cool places in that book but all of them get so little space that you will have to make everything up yourself. so you could call pretty much everything in that book underused.
Semuanya's Bog in the Outlands seems one of the less mentioned Realms on the Plane. It is the god of lizard folk.
3rd layer of acheron is supposedly full of secret Rakshasa palaces, but they get very little mention in books.

On the lower planar side
On the lower planar side there's the city on man in Baator and the living city on the lowest level of the grey wastes (one of my personal favourites)
