Is there an error he's running into when he tries to hit the site or create an account?
Is he using internet explorer, firefox or some other browser?
What username is he trying with?
And final question, which URL *exactly* is he trying to create his account at- there's three different places where an account can be created. They're *supposed* to be a copy and paste of the original working one, but sometimes stuff gets wierd.
