time stamp is off?

Is it me, or are the time stamps on the forums off by +10 hours? Being in the Eastern US timezone, shouldn't that be GMT-5? Anybody else notice this?

Ah. That's it. I didn't realize the default for phpBB was Ekaterinburg Time. Eye-wink
