It occurs to me the Illuminated Eye will be the adventure describing the "New Sigil" post-Faction War.
Anyone want to contribute any ideas as to what's changed? Whose occupying what famous locations and what not?

I think a great deal of your needs to define post-Faction War Sigil will probably be fulfilled here Chapter 7 of the PSCS
That's the basis we've got laid out as canon for the PSCS releases as it currently stands.
