He should also be mentioned in the Lower Ward section of the chapter - do a search for ' Fell ' in the RTF version and I'm sure it'll come up. The release is set to be up to date with what Planewalker's working on, and we try to keep it in synch with any published material out there. Fell hasn't seen much use in canon since 2nd ed though.

Which 'it' states he's alive but doesn't give any more data on him? It may help us answer your question if we know what resources you're already looking at...
Have you looked at Chapter 7 of the PSCS? /pscs-chapter-7 Mind you, it's what Planewalker would presume he's up to as opposed to WotC's own releases, but it's one idea at least.
