The Barmy Jester

This cutter is more than a little cracked. A boyhood filled only with pleasing the lords and ladys for whom he played the fool taught him the art of satire and synicism. So clever was this boy that he was able to deride those for whom he played the right under their noses. Each little play he put on was in some way a rather obtuse insult to his master or one of his masters puppets... In later years, exiled from his country for treason, he managed to hook up with an insane Tiefling who was trying to find her way off of his prime world and back to her home in sigil. I will spare you the details of her story for now. Together, these two misfits eventualy did find their way to the cage. Ehn here, still compulsively wearing his jester costume, eventualy joined the Bleakers...

--Just another character study in pencil. I do hope you all tell me what you think. Farewell.

Another stylish, intriguing entry. A jester Bleaker is a pleasing notion.

Weren't there a pair of Bleaker twins renowned for their bardic abilities? It was either in Uncaged or on the old mimir...

And yes, nice picture. I like the mask and the ripped shirt particularly; lends an intriguing air of insanity. Good job Smiling

While I found the notion of a Bleaker Jester more than a little disturbing, I do love this work. Good stuff Cool.

That would be the Bleakniks, Morvun and Phineas. Two fensir twins who are in-touch with the true mindlessness of the multiverse. Although, they are not bards. They just compose mournful melodies and verses.

They're detailed in Uncaged.

Great picture! I love how you incorporated his insanity through the use of his clothing, and stance, etc. Good job!

Great picture! How's about you submit it to Artist's Alley via My Planewalker... here. Just click [Add], then select 'artwork' and 'Submit'. A form will come up where you can add it to the site.

The best thing about Artist's Alley is that new additions get displayed in the 'New Articles' box so more people will get to see your work!
