Yeah, on a related note, what Powers have been officially noted as having Psionic abilities (and thus vunerable to the Annulus)? I think a couple of Greyhawk Gods have this ability (Xan Xee? Zodal? I forget...) Any others we can smite...?

As Zim said, you'd have a hell of a time getting close enough. A god, especially a psionic one would easily notice an artifact like the Annulus in thier domain.
