Was she ever given stats in Planescape, or not? If so, what would they be (Class, alignment, faction, etc...)

From the illustration on page 5 of The Planewalker's Handbook, she looks like a human warrior. In 3rd edition, I'd give her the Planar Champion prestige class from the MotP. I'd make her somewhere between 9-15th level, I think.
