Sigil Resources?

Sigil Resources?

I cannot access the Sigil NPC or Venue database, instead I get the following error message:

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 110 in /home/bastlynn_fansite/planewalker.com/legacy/include/DB_Connection.php on line 38
ERROR [getSection.runQuery.getConn.openConn]: Could not connect to database.

Does anyone know what's going on? Or, barring that, anybody have those two files and feel like sending them to me? I'm running a Planescape game now and I'd much, much rather look through a few files than dig through each and every Planescape book I have looking for an NPC or Venue.

This one's on me - the links are currently down due to the move I believe. I'm working on bringing them back up. The data is secure no worries there, the interface is just broke at the moment.

I'm glad to see the pages back up; I hadn't stopped by to check on them for some time. Actually I believe I have some updated databases for the venues and NPCs which I never uploaded. Clueless, might I still be able to do so? Even once I log-in I don't see the upload button I remember being there. Any help?

Updated links - the interface has changed some, but this should be a lot more comfortable for our servers to deal with now.

The interface has changed, you'll need to upload in csv file not xls format to update the database with searchable content. (If you choose 'Save As' it'll save in the correct format from Excel.) You should be able to upload file attachments to provide the original file as well.
