Seeking Source: Wormhole on Pandemonium?

I was just reflecting on an idea that I'm pretty sure I didn't come up with... I was hoping one of you could point me to where it comes from.

I think it's called the Wormhole, on Pandemonium. It's one long tunnel that looks like it's been dug by a giant worm. I vaguely remember there being a lot of trade or at least travelers there. Maybe it's a portal hub... Does this ring a bell?

I think it was in the Planes of Chaos book, will try to dig it up and get back to you.

Doesn't sound familiar. There's a place called Wormhole beneath the City of Brass, where salamanders dwell, mentioned in The Inner Planes.

I listed all of the Pandemonic locations I'm aware of, from 1st edition to Planescape up to 4th edition, in this wiki article. Wormhole isn't one of them. It wouldn't be hard, though, to flesh out something like that. You could put a big wormy tunnel near one of the canonical settlements like Windglum in Phlegethos or Myriad of Gales in Pandesmos.

Re: Seeking Source: Wormhole on Pandemonium?

Thanks gents!

The idea popped into my head when developing a story the other day and for some reason I felt it had to do with planescape, so I didn't want to infringe on the idea. It's entirely possible I made the thing up when I was running campaigns years ago and just forgot. I looked through the source material before I posted and couldn't find it either, so I guess I'm safe.

Thanks again.
