Now that I have taken over the Cutters Section I would like to arrange to populate it a little better. With that in mind I am putting out a call for Rrakkma oriented NPCs. Illithidae, Gith, and those who deal with them regularly are summoned to present their stats and personality write ups on this thread (or you can submit as normal through My Planewalker).
When using source materials other than the DMG, MM, PH and PSCS please make note of it for ease of use by others. I greatly look forward to seeing what bubbles up out of the forums!
