Requests for art, articles

So I think it's best to move the great Modron art we have from the introduction to an actual article. I say this because my goal for subsequent issues will be to reduce the amount of new art required.

So, anyone have something Modron related to recommend?

Additionally, there are a few things I'd like to request for subsequent issues:

-Art for "The Juna, Tirapheg, and Synad Conspiracy"

-Art for Kamarel stats, also want to make sure I have permission of use for those stats from Kobold Avenger

-Art for How the Imaskari created Sigil

I recently made a savage progression for the PF balor and thought it might make a good series of crunch-based articles. PF/3.5 balor, then other outsiders like a solar or pit fiend.

Uh...if it comes down to it I can always draw more Modrons. These guys are quite easy to do!

I'll have to check out what's required for the other articles to see if I can't help there with the art bit.

Thanks Jenx! I want to use your art for a Modron article for Issue 2 - If you have time to color another of your little guys that'd be great!

I have the legal break downs from Clueless, but I need to organize this stuff into a FAQ and determine a good process flow.

From there I'll likely start hitting up the people on the deviant group for already created art, given we retain no legal rights and its just a permission of use in a free zine should be okay I think?

What needs art? Which conversions are being used and where? Do you want me to convert other things? Monsters, different Faces of Sigil NPCs, Factols, OTHER? Do we have anyone who knows 4e crunch? AIIIEEEE

Thanks guys, no worries, one of the reasons I wanted to use existing art and text was because I realized how it would be hard to maintain a schedule given real life concerns.

Issue 1 is, as far as Mogget and I are concerned, complete - just waiting for Clueless to give the final okay.

I'm going to pull together some article ideas and make a post about it, after which we can try to figure out what needs to be done on the art side. We have some art saved up from the past issue, hopefully we can requisition existing pieces from the deviant group.

For modrons, what I'd ideally like to see are conversions of some kind for any system. Maybe use two modrons.

Bump!

I was talking with my dad about this and he sounded like he might be interested in contributing some artwork. I'm not sure who to contact or where to direct him though.

To give you an idea of the kind of art he makes: www.stolpinart.com

If he were to get involved, he'd mostly be interested in more landscape/building oriented art, rather than character art (which he fully acknowledges is not something he's good at). Anyway, I'm hoping that I can convince him to maybe do up some etchings for anything he might do.

The Dolmens art looks like it would be a good for the Elysium Locations article.

I know someone was possibly going to to do art for that so let me know if your Dad is interested and I can double check.

Some scenes of Sigil's streets would be brilliant! As would any architecturally oriented views of other locations throughout the Planes.
