Races of Urban Planescape

I was just wondering what the races of D&D/PS would be like in this modern setting.

Also, do you guys think that we could creat compleatly new races? Both from the Prime and and Planes?

I had mentioned the Fraal, an Alternity/D20 Modern race, in my timeline. I'll also be adding in the T'sa later on.
