Quick and dirty Yugoloths

Okay, so I am planning to start a 4th ed Planescape campaign, and I was going to have the Yugoloth's be a major part of it. Only problem? There are no more Yugoloths. So, vary some of the existing monsters into yugoloths. Here is a quick-and-dirty conversion for instant 'loths, all you have to do is 're skin' them, or simply say that they look like the 'loths.

Monsters with question marks by them may not be the best fit. If you have a better idea, please tell me. A (MM) indicates the monster is in the Monster Manual, MM2 is for Monster Manual 2, and MotP is the Manual of the Planes.

Altraloth: Death Knight?(MM)
Arcanaloth: Raavasta, but raise Int to 20 and add ritual caster feat (as if lvl 19), add Arcana skill +19
Baernaloth: In the realm of Orcus or Demogorgon
Canoloth: Canoloth (MotP)
Corrupter of Fate: Fallen Star Deva (MM2)
Dergholoth: Gnaw Demons? (MM2)
Echinoloth: Bearded Demon? (MM)
Gacholoth: Driders? (MM)
Hydroloth: Gensai Hydromancer (MM2)
Marraenoloth: Keepers (MotP)
Mezzoloth: Mezzodemon (MM)
Piscoloth: Foulspawn Seer (MM)
Nycaloth: Nycademon (MM)
Skeroloth: Goliath NPCs?
Ultraloth: Rakasha Dread Knight, only Int is 20(MM)
Voor: Foulspawn Hulk(MM)
Yagnoloth: War Devil(MM)
