PS: Torment characters in table top campaign?

Greetings:

Just curious to know if anybody out there has incorporated events or characters from the video game Planescape Torment into their table top game. I think the game added some wonderful flavor to the Planescape multiverse and thought about adding some of the characters to my game.

::SPOILER ALERT::

Specifically, I've been working on some terrain for the game, thus far an inn and a tower. I have a "display skull" that I'm trying to use as a base for a skull shaped building. The thought occurred to me that this could be an excellent story thread involving a certain floating skull from Torment.

I'm not sure if anyone had produced any work detailing what happens to the characters after the events in the Torment game takes place, but I thought maybe Morte would go on to form a temple to himself or otherwise provide his sage advice to bloods with the right amount of jink.

Has anybody done similarly with any of the Torment characters?

Vhailor is a ghost/suit of armor in temporal stasis that occupies the front window of a Necromancy shop in the Lower Ward. His "services" for sale to the highest bidder. Once he is purchased, the owner of the Necromancy Shop will undo the temporal stasis... it is up to the buyer to convince Vhailor to do his/her/its bidding for ..."justice."
