Pronouncing names from Greyhawk setting ("Oerth", etc...)

How are "Oerth", "Oeridian", and "Oerik" from the Greyhawk campaign pronounced? I'm at a loss...

They are best pronounced with the sneer of the experience Planar, followed shortly by the sound of hawking a loogie...

No - serious answer - I really don't know.... I'm not sure a pronunciation guide for Greyhawk has ever been released, nor am I aware of any wav files like we have here on Planewalker for planar words. You may want to see if there's any Greyhawk fanpage out there (I'm sure there is) they're likely to know.

Depends where you're from on Oerth, surely. I've heard enough pronounciations of Errth, Urth, Uerth, etc...

"O-erth is it? Can tell yer not from rund these perts, ya furriner."

It's pronounced "Orth." Long O sound, as in "oh." The E doesn't really change it.

Orth, Oridian, Orik.
