Prime Worlds -- Additional Sources Wanted

My latest post before this one in the Log X thread is a listing of the Prime Material worlds canonically known to exist (as opposed to the standing invitation to add your own Primes for planeswalkers to visit). I would welcome any additions to the list.

I particularly expect that quite a few would be listed in the Spelljammer setting, which I don't have, and possibly a number of them in various Dragon Magazine articles.

Though quite a few events and items of interest are associated with "an unknown prime," I would prefer to avoid these in the list, seeking worlds that have at least a little development. A name, even if it was given by planeswalkers, would be needed, unless there was a very good reason to list "unnamed Prime world." The source in which it is found would also be appreciated.

Re: Prime Worlds -- Additional Sources Wanted

*whistle* Ask and I shall receive. Thanks, Rip; I'll have to comb through this list for a while and see what looks proper to add. I also hadn't considered the possibility of multiple worlds in a single crystal sphere being accessed from Sigil's portals, though it's obvious in retrospect.

Now that I think of it, there must be a decent reason spelljamming doesn't get crushed as an industry by Sigilian portals; the magic to construct spelljammers is just as hard as plane shifting, after all. One reason would be that there are a fair number of spheres where the connections to the Outer Planes are thin, and some even not present (or at least not found yet), so spelljammers can get you closer to your desired location; and, of course, a spelljamming ship can carry enormous quantities of freight or men, much more than a Sigilian portal can pass in wagons over a reasonable length of time. (Same reason trains and container ships are still used in favor of 18-wheelers.)

Re: Prime Worlds -- Additional Sources Wanted

Sigil's portals are very rare, as I see it, and usually temporary and one-way. And not controllable by anyone but the Lady. Only experienced planewalkers can find them reliably, and most worlds don't have reliable connnections to the City of Doors.

Re: Prime Worlds -- Additional Sources Wanted

If you're going to consider Azeroth, you might as well add Draenor, the halfways destroyed Orc homeworld of the setting, Argus of the eredar (mentioned in the lore 'fore the second expansion came out I believe) and Xoroth, the homeworld of the dreadsteeds (mentioned in name in the original quest chain to learn the Summon Dreadsteed ability.)
