Playing Planescape In Other Time Periods

Other than Urban Planescape and pre/post Faction War, has anybody tried running the game in other time periods (like the Great Upheaval) and how did it go?

My vision of Planescape is basically post faction-war, a few generations after faction war. Just long enough to explain why technology is more prevalent and closer to the 19th century across the planes, yet almost the same things are after faction war.
