Planewalker time

You know, I've been wondering for a while why the time of day (for forum posts, for example) is so odd. Is it intended to be a particular time zone?

It's supposed to be adjusted for your choice of time zone, and choice of format as set in your profile. Is it not?

I remember that it used to act wacky for me, but it’s been working fine ever since the end of last year (I think).

Time appears off for me. I

Time appears off for me. I live in a GMT +1 zone, so this post should be at about 15.40 but Planewalker says its 14.40.
