Planescape: Torment goodies

Good day folks,

As you might notice I'm quite new here. I recently played Planescape: Torment after a friend of mine finally broke my reluctance to play a game that was published in 1999 (man, am I glad I did. Best game ever). Anyway, same friend also pointed me to planewalker.com and I thought I'd ask you guys this: Do you know of a website(s) where I can find literally all the text in the game. Altough I tried to do everything, I'm afraid I missed some conversations that could be very interesting and could provide insight into the setting. Can I also find the music used in the game and other little things, like the images of the tattoos, spell animations, the videos that play at some high level spells, etc?
