The answer is Unity of Rings the debut album of Rhapsody, Sigil's self proclaimed poet laureate. Observe him on track 2 ("Catch a Clue") as he takes in a newly arrived prime, who (as we see in track one, the intro) has unwisely attacked a fiend at a local tavern.
