I probably would. but you should look into getting illustrations or some sort of hook, because what you describe is already available at no cost elsewhere on the forum. If you improved on that, I'd be happy to pay.
Planescape-esque monster book under consideration
Greetings, fellow planeswalkers!
I am interested in the possibility of publishing (via a pdf file on RPGNow.com) a book of monsters sutible for use in Planescape campaigns. It will be composed of 9 more ‘exemplar’ races (like the modrons, slaadi, etc.), one for each alignment. The idea is that they creatures therin could be used as either supplements to existing planer founa, or could be used as replacements for the more traditional demons and angels.
That said, would you use this product? How?

I'd use it if the material didn't really get out there like some of the 3rd party stuff tends to do. Most of the creatures in those swords and sorcery monster books are just... bleh. Stale, and hard to fit into a gaming world.
