Those all sound good, but don't forget the Stix Oarsman and the Smoldering Corpse among others.

Um, how about these:

Jeran's Duck (Halfling bar with a low door, forces taller races to duck or bend double to enter)

Fire and Ice (Caters to inner planar patrons, with a large taproom and several smaller private rooms attuned to various para- quasi- and elemental needs)

The Bench (Completely outdoor bar that consists of only a board on two barrels and a bartender. Chairs are optional and only occasionally present)

The Eloquent Ettercap

Booze is Here

Some other cannon names I remember are:
The Gathering Dust (Dustman bar with undead servers)
The Ubiquitous Wayfarer (Has way too many portals)
Chirper's (Also an Inn)
The Yawning Rat
The Singing Vortex
The Fat Candle
Woodsman's Retreat (Everything is made of wood)
Deadfingers
Dark Sigh (Tiefer bar, offers things poisonous to most others)
The Greengage
The Dirk and Firkin
The Face of Gith (Has a contained blob of chaos stuff in the middle that customers can try to shape)
The Hooded Lantern
The Mermaid's Cups
The Red Pony
The Speckled Rat
The Sword and Buckler
The Tenth Pit
The White Casket
The Green Mill
The Black Sails (Popular with the Doomguard, Made of an old ship)
The Golden Bariaur

In Sigil:

Garn (orcish bar, serves drinks on the street to keep brawls outside)

Open Bottle (cover charge, free booze, portal to some Prime King's wine celler)

Uncorked (serves Genies and Genasi)

The Grail (serves upper planars)

The Laugh (fan content on this site, and really cool)

The Hairy Hobgoblin

The Tinker's Drink (fully automated, watch out for the gears, belts, and swingarms)

Rule of Four (read about in SIGIS, inner planar establishment)

The Grove (Elvin bar, inside carved to look like an orchard)

We Never Close (run by Kreen who don't need to sleep)

Don't forget "Shrinkers" in the hive, that's my favourite. Laughing out loud
Also in the Hive (all canon from "in the cage"):
- Zero (A bleaker bar)
- The snapped finger
- The Butcher's block
- Benni's tap room

Planar Tavern Names

Couple from my own campaigns:-

The Last (man) Stand (ing)
A bar previously run by an ex-proxie of Thor, in the Guildhall Ward, now run by a basher named Danzig, a werewolf and sort of follower of Thor. Claims to fame is the bar has a talking Dragons head too, but this one dont talk and, has a portal into the plane of mirrors....and no demon b***h.

The name of the kip is The Last Stand, but some leatherhead thought it'd be funny to scratch its sign to say the Last One Standing....

(Danzig was a player from my last PS campagin, the tavern was originally the players kip, and in the aftermath of the campaign, Danzig inherited it)

The Retched Succubus
A dark and gloomy kip in the lower ward. Until recently, had a Succubus (no connection to the name) working out of it until a few leatherheads set her up and took her off to the barracks. Anarchs use it as a meeting place and the Loths in here dont like fancy do gooders coming in...at all...

(This is a tavern im currently using in my campaign. The Paladin type character walked in and then got thrown start back out last week, and an anarch cell was operating out of it until a couple of weeks ago).
