Planar Portals links all return to the same page.

The problem: After viewing a plane in the "Planar Portals" feature (in my case, the Quasielemental Plane of Lightning), the Planar Portals and Planar Index both take you back to that same page instead of the normal Planar Portals and Planar Index pages.

To reproduce:
* Go to /
* Log in (not certain if this step is necessary).
* Click on "Features" (left-hand navigation column)
* Click on "Planar Portals" (left-hand navigation column)
* Click on "Planar Index" (left-hand navigation column)
* Pick your poison in the main window. I used the Quasielemental Plane of Lightning.
* Click on Planar Portals or Planar Index (left-hand navigation column). They will continually take you back to the link you chose in step 6.
