[Paradigm Shift] Primes, Planars and Petitioners

Primes

Benefit: You are immune to the effects that send you back to your plane, ward off or protect against creatures because of they're origin unless it's specifically natural (or your ancestor's origin).

Restrictions:  Primes can't detect portals, and have to guess the key. Also, many planars have a low opinion of primes, so they may be denied some of the benefits that planars might have.

Planars

Benefit: You can detect portals, the number, they're general area and general distance between you and it. They also have a 50% chance of getting a getting a clue for the key.

Restrictions: You are effect by any effect that targets an origin in general. In addition, primes may receive ill of you because you might come from the many places that kill and raid them.

Petitioners

Benefit: You gain an encounter power based on your origin. This replaces the racial power normally provided by your race. In addition, you go by a name based on the plane that you came from.

Elemental Chaos - Tempest Born
Feywild - Sylvian Spirit
Shadowfell - Phantasmal Shade
Far Realm - Outer Servant

Astral Threads



Divine Agent Racial Power
You conjure seams of energy from the Astral Sea, wrapping them around you and deflecting incoming attacks.
Encounter
Minor Action Personal
Effect: You gain a +1 to AC for the rest of the encounter. this increases to +2 at 11th level and +3 at 21st level.

Flurry of Creation



Elemental Tempest Racial Power
Your every being is infused with the powers that made the prime and
shift the chaos, extending to the powers you have already mastered.
Encounter ✦ Acid, Cold, Fire, Lightning or Thunder
Minor Action Personal
Effect: You gain a +2 damage of your choice while using any encounter
or daily powers for an amount of rounds equal to your Intelligence,
Wisdom or Charisma modifier. This increases to +4 at 11th level, and +6
at 21st level.
Special: You choose at first level the type of damage: acid, cold,
fire, lightning or thunder. You also choose the ability that maintains
this effect: Intelligence, Wisdom or Charisma.

Servitude of the Fey



Sylvan Spirit Racial Power
You whisper to the creature, beckoning him with the powers of the Feywild
Encounter ✦ Charm
Standard Action Close Burst 1
Target: One creature in burst
Attack: Intelligence vs. Will, Wisdom vs. Will, Charisma vs. Will
Hit: The target is dominated to one round, except that they can't use any attacks.
Special: You also choose the ability that maintains this effect: Intelligence, Wisdom or Charisma.

Sightless Shadow



Phantasmal Shade Racial Power
You strip the creature of it's sight with a strip of opaque darkness
Encounter ✦ Illusion
Standard Action Close Burst 1
Target: One creature in burst
Attack: Intelligence vs. Fortitude, Wisdom vs. Fortitude, Charisma vs. Fortitude
Hit: The target is blinded for one round.
Special: You also choose the ability that maintains this effect: Intelligence, Wisdom or Charisma.

Starry Night



Outer Servant Racial Power
You open the minds of the creatures around you, opening a gate of
madness and dementia that cause them to faulter in they're attacks.
Encounter
Minor Action Close Burst 2
Target: All creatures in burst
Effect: Creatures who don't attack you receive a -2 to damage. At 21st level, increase this to -4.



Restrictions: You loose any bonus to a healing surge provided by powers, including your own. These instead grant you a healing surge of your normal value.
