Paladin of Orcus

In Dead Gods there is a mention of a paladin of Orcus, any ideas what that entails?

I was thinking on having my character finish off as the paladin of Orcus, if possible or die somewhere inbetween.

It was probably just a descriptive choice of words. In game terms, you'd want to try a blackguard, a variant paladin from Unearthed Arcana, or just a PHB paladin under a DM who allows non-LG paladins.

Yeah, the Paladin of Slaughter originally from Unearthed Arcana is probably your best bet.
