I've looked all over and can't find it. Is there anywhere on the web that sells On Hallowed Ground as a PDF? Did WotC decide that it was too good to be allowed to be re-released?

I have On Hallowed Ground as a pdf, though for the life of me I can't remember where I bought the thing. Some small website, most likely, or ebay. But it does exist.

The On Hallowed Ground PDF is a bootleg. There hasn't been an official release of it.

I didn't pay anything near that IIRC.
There are more expensive auctions but those are converting eg pounds.

Like Rip said, there's a bootleg pdf that's floating around on most of the file sharing networks. But since it's long out of print and WotC hasn't offered a legit pdf copy for purchase...
It's a decent scan, but since I snagged a copy off of Ebay of the real thing, I haven't used the pdf since I snagged a copy.

No matter how convenient, easy, risk-free, sensible, or practical it is, you're still not supposed to use illegal copies of books you can't reasonably be expected to aquire otherwise. So there.
Doesn't seem to exist. And here I thought the entire back catalogue to Planescape was scanned.
