A friend of mine had some old rules on planescape a little afew 3rd edition came out. The rules were on factions mainly and how joing a faction you gained certain abilities and as you further progressed in level your abilities gained too. Just currious if anyone out there might be able to help me out in attaining that set of rules.

The thing my friend had was a web enhancment that i thought he got off of here, if it wasn't off of here then it was at least a web enhancement. It had statistics for being in the different factions along with a prestige class or two that one could take being in the faction. I'm attepting to run a game for some friends but would like to use the old material.

nope wasn't it... but closer...
it was level based... eavery few levels you gained a new ability or abilities
Do you remember if they were from a webpage or a Dragon magazine?
