Excuse me, if I placed this topic in the wrong place, but I have a one question: in which official book (that means not in the Planewalker's PCSC) I can find a tuladhara race? (A neutral planetouched borned by human and rilmani.)

No... a race CAN be unofficial, but that sort of thing must be *very* sensible and good to be used.
But luckily, this one was accepted.

Nowhere, they were made up by smeazel a while back, and he let Planewalker use them for the PSCS.
