I'm writing a campaign setting dealing with a world where the default belief is atheism. Lesser gods come here to further their own agendas and gain followers, only to find their power waning, and the way back to the Outer Planes sealed. It's a western steampunk type of world, with six original races and nine brand new classes. Magic works differently here, and there are three different, unique systems to reflect this. The gods of the Elves and Dwarves and the other common races hold no power here, and their respective peoples are alien to this world. Humans roam here, as always, but alongside Mela and Liitruckle. The strange Geared peoples, artificially created, seek freedom, while the Lurai and Kithi hint at a time when the world wasn't shut off from the rest of the multiverse.
