Title pretty much says it all. Whatever names you have that are appropriate, throw 'em at me. If you want to include a little bit of description on any unique features of the bar, that'd be cool, but is neither expected nor required. Only caveats are 1) It should cater primarily to Sensates and 2) should be in Sigil, preferably in Clerk's Ward.

The Brass Rings
The shingle is comprised of 5 intricately interlocking brass rings, one for each of the senses. The interior itself is something of a maze which, in plan view, looks exactly like the shingle with serving counters at each intersection. Whilst within a particular "ring", the sense it represents is amplified and more nuanced (so in the 'visual ring', colours are more vibrant, fine details stand out, shadows are darker and light is brighter, for example).
Note: The Brass Rings is the name of the Tavern/Pub/Inn/Hotel in all my campaigns. I just adjust it to whatever circumstance the campaign requires!
For friendlier Sensates:
1. Rabby's Lang Syne. Each patron is served what the last one ordered. Encourages sharing of other's tastes, or ordering two drinks so you get one of what you want.
For moodier ones:
2. The Open Secret. Ask for the special. Don't ask about the special. Yes, it's different every day. No, you didn't hear it from me.
For friendlier Sensates:

Numb 21 - Primary attraction are the backrooms (21 total) - sensory isolation chambers, when you want to get a new appreciation of life... or want the hallucinations sensory deprivation gives you. It makes the entertainments of the front room that much sharper.
