Hello there,
I'm running a modern day earth supernatural superhero/conspiracy game (Nightbane to be exact, if any of you are familiar with it) using the Mutants and Masterminds rules. Anyway, to make a long story short, the characters have inadvertently summoned a powerful being they suspect is the fiend Belial (summoning is dangerous when you're on a newly awakened ley line). Anyway, I've done some research on Wikipedia to get ideas about this demon, but I was wondering if anybody knew where I could find some more stuff on him, whether Planescape/D&D or not. If you have any ideas or written of your own, I’d love to hear them. Thanks.

Chapter 9: the Lord of the Nine
Belial, Arch-Duke of Phlegethos and Master of Pains and Suffering, has an entry beginning on page 31. Note that while it isn't 'officially' Planescape, it is based heavily on previously released D&D (including PS) material-and I'm a big fan of DF's take on the various Planar Lords.
