Does anyone here use MySpace.com?
MySpace
The two things I will never use, MySpace, cell phones and Dance Dance Revolution.
THREE! The three things I will never use: MySpace, cell phones, Dance Dance Revolution and public water fountains. Oh, bugger!

no one suspects the spanish inquisision!
I can safely say I am 14-27, and find MySpace, LiveJournal, Xanga, Facebook, and their ilk detestable. I don't use them, though I do occasionally read some stuff posted there by friends or when someone posts something interesting and insightful, and I'm clued in about those occurrances. That happens maybe a few times in a year.
The ONLY reason I have a LiveJournal account is that I want access to some of my friends' more personal entries that are only allowed for LJ members or LJ friends. I don't even have an account with the others.
Nick: So are LiveJournal, Xanga, Facebook, and all of the other sites with a similar purpose.
Bah. MySpace is a breeding ground for whiny goths.
Isnt it true that the word blog has become synonymous with whining teenagers who ALL seem to write the most atrocious poetry about how bad their middle class lives are? Or about how at 14 they have loved and lost and will never love again? Or is my cynical side showing again?
My two
PS: Im 21 and actively oppose anyone who feels their boring life is worth space on the web Which is why you never see me telling you anything about myself hehe
Uh huh. See, I just keep my LJ around to share my memes and quizzes - and occiasionally to break out of the apparently cheerful mode with a post dripping with sheer hate and distain.
BTW B.W - When is the next issue of the Eye coming out?
were as most of the older gen gamers have had the same reply, I think a good number of new gen gamers have myspace accounts.........just because, well, we want to.
MySpace and LiveJournal have. Blogs in general, no. Just take a look at DailyKos to see the extreme side of the political blogs. I don't go there personally because I'd get banned inside of five minutes (as would anyone else who disagrees with the Democrats in even the slightest fashion).
Personally I have some favorite foodie blogs. Recipes and cooking lessons... make my inner Sensate and my tummy happy.
I'm personally pretty big on arts/crafts blogs, tech blogs, reviews blogs and news blogs. Food blogs I haven't seen too many of, but I wouldn't be surprised if there were a few I liked.
Clueless, you willing to link those food blogs?
I have a blog with mostly drawings at watashi.blog.hr but I still have no idea what myspace is supposed to be
I have no idea what MySpace is, but you guys make it sound hilarious! Though I have heard rumors that it is a breeding ground for... predators.
If by "predators", you mean "goths pretending to be vampires". I doubt it has much more of a concentration of pedophiles than most places on the Internet.
I use MySpace to keep in touch with my college friends, childhood friends, and my family.
Cool
I have been a myspace user for two years and I have'nt seen predators running around over there yet........who told you this?
CNN
That's because they have stealth camoflauge.
I use livejournal, but I mostly just use it for thoughts on gaming and the stuff I write.
Some of my friends keep trying to make me use MySpace, but I'm rather resistant to the idea.
Pants of the North!
CNN
I was reffering to the post above me........not actual sexual predators, though I get the reference
haha! yes, I loved that episode.....Alien loves Predator is one of the best webcomics of all time.
Well, when some teenager is skulking through your neighborhood bar with a black cape on, it's knida hard not to notice...

um......I know quite a few gothic kids, and none of them wear capes......that just sounds kindof like a prejudice thing on your part. And yes, Zenosaga, you are completely right. Though, everything you've said is based on fictional knowledge, so vampires could have an entirely different way of dealing with those who reveal themselves. Though if Lestat's story is anything like what a hunt would be like, I think vampires who give away their Identities aren't too scared of doing such.
I wouldn't have said it if it didn't happen. Vampire the Masquerade was big in my home town, lots of teenagers wearing capes cutting through our bar to get to the next block quicker.

ok.....now it makes sense. Thats a little strange I will admit. too much devosion there...
i think 90% of the 14-27 population uses myspace
make a planescape group!!!
