Hm - they included the rules

Hm - they included the rules for affecting an unstable realm - that sounds like Limbo and possibly rules for our Ethereal there.  Think those are on target for what we need for those planes?

Yes, these rules are what we need for Limbo and ethereal.

We can work for some feats, paragon and epics paths about these planes.

Also, I'm thinking about the initiate and channel belief feats for the anarch's guild.

I like the mutability rules.

I like the mutability rules. They're a full, robust sub-system, but one that doesn't require a lot of new rules (which was always my first problem with the Control skill of the PSCS, the second problem being the vague name paired with the extremely specific use).
