main site minor problem

Hello,
I know that this section is only for forum problems, but I didn't know where else I could post the problem.
In the main site (/index.php) when using the Opera web browser, the page doesn't display correctly.
In fact the planescape logo with the ... you know who... is shown twice with the second image being shown half.
Also some additional bars are being displayed.
There can only be two explanations:
The site was hacked by Anarchists or
there is something wrong with your HTML.
Please forward this problem to the responsible cutter.
