Lost and scratch, please help !!!

Lost : i know it's a shame but i've lost my players guide to the planes to some evil hands and it's impossible for me to get it back, can someone here help me to find .pdf or .doc version, please ?????

Scratch : I know it's a shame again but my mimir Cd that come with the player's primer is deeply scratch (thanks to my son, but he's so cute!!!), can someone here know where i can find some "replacements parts" for it ?

Lost: Free version? Couldn't tell you. I'm not sure where you could get one. I'm sure there are websites out there that sells the old pdf's, but for the life of me I can't remember which ones.

Scratch: Sure, go to this WotC website and download it, for free. Just now that you have to have Realplayer to listen to it.
