check your local used bookstore. They were easy to find in vancouver.
I don't know if its been released as an ebook, but you could probably find a cheap copy on amazon or something. Maybe Google Books?
If you like the blood wars trilogy you'f probably like Pages of Pain as well.
Well, maybe not. They are pretty different, but the latter is a tad bit more planescapy.
