Locations on DMG II Sigil map

On the map of Sigil in the 4e Dungeon Master's Guide, there are a couple areas I'd like to know more about. Specifically, what is Swordhold (an area near the Foundry District in the Lower Ward). And what about Rethevar, in the Guildhall Ward - is it a racial neighborhood? I know Swordhold was mentioned in 2nd edition Planescape material, so I assume Rethevar is also from there, but I don't know anything about these two areas. And while we're on the subject, could anybody identify all the buildings on that map? Some are obviously the various Faction headquarters, but some I couldn't tell...

Some I don't recognize, but from what I can see at the map gallery image, I can see the faction buildings like the Gatehouse, and I do recognize the Forest as being the Elf Ghetto and the Slags. Most of the districts are areas associated with a Faction base.

The big round building near the Slags turns out to be the Blood Pit fighting arena... wonder if the coming release of the 4e Dark Sun campaign has anything to do with it? Dark Sun was known for its Gladiator character class, and the arena is right next to New Try, a Athasian neighborhood...

Based on that design & development interview that I really don't know why it's subscriber content in the first place. I'm guessing that map of Sigil was actually designed for the never released "City of Doors" sourcebook that was written for PS.
