Hmm, seems like a fairly powerful feat. Maybe you could make the prerequisites a little steeper. For example: "Iron Will, Base Will Save +4" or something.

The total bonus is only +4 under normal circumstances with Iron Will. The additional +2 only applies when defying deities and their ilk.
