Licensing on the 3.5 campaign setting PDFs?

I've been wanting for a while to make stats for Genasi that were, in my opinion, significantly more worth using. I'm the administrator of the Dungeons and Dragons Wiki (http://www.dnd-wiki.org), and as such I would want to post these items there. Also, I don't really want to duplicate any of the excellent work that already exists -- so I don't want to rewrite all the fluff for the genasi, that stuff is awesome already. I'd like to just put that in the article with the stats.

This has made me run into a bit of a licensing issue. Our wiki is licensed, by default (individual articles can be different) under Creative Commons BY-SA 3.0. As far as what the license for us to use the Planescape campaign setting found on this website, I have no idea. I searched around the website for it, but I could not find any information about it. So my question is this: can I do this? If so, what license must the final product be under?

Taking a quick look at what you've got - we aren't under CC here. We have a specific permission from WotC's brand manager (about three brand managers back actually, but the agreement holds). Since it's a specific agreement we're not really in a position to put work out under CC - which means yeah - you're in a weird licensing spot. Sad Drop me an email.
