Lady's Shaper Eye: New Gumshoe Orrientation (Start Here)

We're slowly gathering folks from around all the other lists and livejournal communities together here.

And yes!! new articles are welcome! We have a backlog of older material, but I'd like to be able to present something of a mix of the two at first. I just kicked this thing back in gear a few days ago, so give us a few days to finish getting the world out and start getting things compiled.

Also - it *is* in character. The idea is that this is a mag written by characters, for characters. Ideally, you could print one of these out and hand them to your players at the table if someone goes out and picks up a copy of a newspaper.

It's mostly likely gonna be PDF. PDFs are much easier for me to create - though if you really really wanna see it in HTML, I can probably make it a single large HTML file at the same time that I construct the PDF.

Looks like we're aiming for bi-monthly (that's once every two months people!) for our release schedule - and we've got a solid number of articles left over from when the mag died before to get us off to a good start as well since we're having to locate new writers and/or re-awaken old ones.

I'm gonna see what sort of articles I can get arranged to actually fill in regular 'sections' like this, and hopefully we'll have enough to get it going. I'm pretty sure there will be at least one full page advertisement for the Blood War (paid for by the Minestary of Mortal Affairs at Grinpoli of course... )

Hm. I want to make sure we'll have enough articles to cover all the following space. But give or take - here's the order I'd think the articles would appear in, and roughly what I want to 'fill' as we get articles in.

Sounds like it has potential - it's really up to you how you want to write it up. If you want to put it in as a classified ad looking for PCs (and then use it as a handout for your game) or as a review of someone's visit - or "aftermath" sort of news of the event your PCs are involved in...

Though I will say with the aftermath idea that since we are trying to develop plotlines that everyone can work with without being *too* disruptive to each others plans, you might not want to try to shift the entire layer 666 - that's the layer Pale Night is on and she's a big big bad in the Abyss. You can also certainly take your time with the developments and spread it out over many issues - since I doubt the shift will be sudden and abrupt without any long planning involved.
