Kurtlemak is dead, long live Kurtlemak

Cutters, let me tell you about perhaps the greatest bobbing of the last few millenia. The kobalds you see, their lawful evil power that lives down on the first of the nine hells is known for taking a keen intrest in his realm, yeah?

Well here's the thing. Kurtlemak not only isn't looking at his realm; he isn't even amoung the living! You heard right, I say Kurtlemak had entered the deadbook and entered a long time ago. Thing is his petitioners have been lying about it and have managed to prop up their dead power and have slaughtered or convinced all who have come to investigate.

How did I get out?! Stop rattling you're bone box and get me another beer!

How do you "prop up a dead god"?

Hmmm... his servants steal minute portions of divine energy from worshipping servants of other gods and then re-direct it to the husk of the Kobold god -- animating him to a point where he can attend (but not participate) in important divine rituals...
