The Sites & Towns for Mechanus brainstorm was so, so successful! Primarily because Wickle is a mad genius <3. What plane should we do next, though? We have a Mechanus focus for issue 3, and the Far for issue 4, so whatever issue 5 is, it should be pretty different from those? I'm thinking Elysium for #5, because I feel like Elysium could use a little love.

Elysium could use some love. I'll start pondering it. Inner Planar sites would be fun too (I had fun coming up with sites for Ooze, back during the renovation project).
An Elysium settlement would be great, given that we have a celestial article and an Elysium related piece of short fiction for Issue 2.
Adding the Elysian settlement would give us a nice Upper Planar theme for #2.

And then Inner Planes after that, because dayum, you're right! Inner Planes need more settlements than just THE BIG ONES (your Cities of Brass and your Cities of Glass).
I think elementals and other inner planars makes sense as a theme for for Issue 5, don't I want every issue to be defined by a singular theme because I think a bit of luck worked out with having celestial stuff come together for Issue 2.
How about Issue 5 is Elementals, Nature, and Fey? Naturally (haha I <3 puns) articles unrelated to either can get included.
A set of themes for Issue 6 would have all of next year covered. Evil should be one of them I think.
Issue 6 will be the issue of evil. It is 1/3rd of the number of the beast, after all. Hoo hoo hoo.
Actually, if someone has a really good idea of Elysium, and can figure out the art for it, we could fit it into issue 2 which touches on other celestial stuff.
