Which cosmology will we use in the new version of Planescape Campaign Setting? Will it be based on second edition (Inner Planes connected with the Prime via Etheral), or rather on Manual of Planes (everything connected with Astral, Etheral only for demiplanes)?

I believe it had been mentioned here before that the 3rd edition cosmology was going to be treated like prime non sense. That the "true" Planescape cosmology would be used and I certainly agree that is the "right" way to go.
