Ah, so that means 'Lady of Pain' isn't a valid answer?

Nooooo... though if you *want* to ask Her Serenity a question, I'm sure she'd oblige. though perhaps not the answer you seek. Eye-wink

Myself? I could go for some Monte Cook-ism

I'd love to talk to Tony DiTerlizzi, myself. Then ask if he would mind doing a couple of commissions.

Hmm... tough question. I'd have to say a tie between Bill Slavicsek and Zeb Cook.

Eh...couldn't care myself..anyone connected to PS would be great.

I would like to ask, however, that someone change the freakin' color of the text inside the reply/post box because this light grey on white is giving me a head ache.

I'd go for DiTerlizzi myself, as well. His art really added something to the whole Planescape-setting. If you've read the Planescape books, and see a piece of DiTerlizzi's art somewhere, it reminds you of Planescape right away (at least, it does that to me).

I would go for Monte Cook if the choice were up to me. Laughing out loud

Excellent question. DiTerlizzi is my favorite part of the Planescape team, hands down. But I think if I were going to talk about 'scape, I'd want to talk about flavor, so I'd definitely choose someone from that department.

Ok. so if we *did* interview Tony D...

Well, I'm hearing a lot of Tony D here - what sort of questions would folks want to ask him?

Wolfgang Baur. I think he did a lot of the behind-the-scenes work. We've heard a lot from Monte Cook, and I think we should interview someone who hasn't spoken out yet.

Is Zeb Cook or Colin McComb still in the business?

The questions I would ask are:

1. How did you come with up the Cant?
2. Where did the idea for Sigil, a donut-city atop an infinite spire, come from?
3. What did you leave out that you were afraid to put in? (EG: demon/devil names, things related to real-life religions like Christianity)
4. Where did the iconic bariaur and tiefling ideas come from? They seem to be the standard populations of many places.
5. What didn't work in planescape that in retrospect you feel should have been altered or left out entirely?
