If you are not familiar with Mr. Baur's work he was a major force in Planescape, penning Planes of Law, Planes of Chaos, and Uncaged: Faces of Sigil.
He is currently the Kobold in Chief at Kobold Quarterly and is also doing innovative work with OpenDesign.
